and now owned and operated by third generation Carmel
Realtors, is the largest independently owned real estate
company on the Monterey Peninsula.

With five sales offices to serve its extensive and
diverse client base, The Mitchell Group has also evolved
into a full service real estate operation.
The original office of The Mitchell Group is found
in the courtyard of the charming and historic El Paseo
Building in "downtown" Carmel-by-the-Sea.
The second office is located in The Clocktower complex
at the Crossroads of Carmel and Carmel Valley. In this
location, in addition to our residential agents, The
Mitchell Group also houses its management, its administrative
staff, and the company's own mortgage broker: Peninsula
Financial.
The Carmel Valley office, our third location, came
about when The Mitchell Group acquired Porter Marquard
Realty in 1996. This office covers a large geographical
area with listings ranging from residential properties
in Carmel Valley to acreage and ranch and vineyard properties
throughout the greater Monterey County.
We opened our fourth office in Pacific Grove in 2001.
It is located on Forest Avenue across from Trader Joe's.
This office, with it's fifteen plus realtors who specialize
in Pacific Grove and Monterey real estate add to our
strong presence on the peninsula.
We have recently acquired a fifth office, located around
the corner from our Carmel-by-the-Sea office, Carmel
Realty. Carmel Realty, a locally owned and operated
company started in 1913 brings a wealth of local knowledge
and real estate professionals to our team. In addition
to acquiring Carmel Realty, their full service property
management department and ours have now joined: Carmel
Realty, A Mitchell Group Company is located on Dolores
between 7th & 8th, Carmel-by-the-Sea.
